Easter Skill Academy
Our Easter Skill Academy is a structured performance training day designed for gymnasts aged 6–16 who are currently training for one hour per week or more and would benefit from additional focused time in the gym.
These extended training days provide gymnasts with the opportunity to deepen their understanding of technique, build strength and confidence, and make meaningful progress in a supportive and professional environment.
Each day includes
- Apparatus-based skill development
- Structured rotations across floor, bars, beam and vault
- Strength & conditioning circuits
- Flexibility and mobility training
- Technical refinement and confidence building
Gymnasts will train in age and ability-appropriate groups to ensure they are challenged safely and effectively. Whether your child trains for one hour per week or attends multiple sessions, the Easter Skill Academy provides extended, structured practice time that supports steady and sustainable progression.
Our aim is simple: to help every gymnast leave stronger, more confident and closer to their next skill goal.

- Dates: Monday 30th March, Tuesday 31st March, Wednesday 1st April, Thursday 9th April, Friday 10th April
- Time: 10:00am – 3:30pm
- Age: 6–16 years
- Price: £35 per gymnast per day
- Open to: Members and non-members currently participating in regular gymnastics training (minimum one hour per week), or with previous gymnastics experience
Spaces are limited to maintain coaching quality — book early to avoid disappointment.
