NGA UK Adult Open
The NGA UK Adult Open is a standalone invitational competition for adult gymnasts aged 18+, taking place at Hereford Gymnastics Academy alongside the NGA UK The Empower Her event.
The competition is designed to celebrate adult gymnastics and provide a supportive, enjoyable opportunity for gymnasts to compete, perform and challenge themselves. The event will include an open-age category across NGA UK Precious Metals levels and welcomes adult gymnasts of all experience levels.
Whether returning to gymnastics, continuing in the sport or simply looking for the opportunity to compete alongside other adults, the Adult Open is focused on enjoying gymnastics and the competition experience.
This is a standalone event and does not form part of the qualification pathway to an NGA UK Zonal Final.
Hereford Gymnastics Academy is the venue for this event only. All competition organisation, entries and event information are managed directly by NGA UK.
